Digital Delivery

All digital gift cards and licenses purchased from JASCART are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

After payment confirmation, the code or license key will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Upon customer request, delivery may also be completed through WhatsApp for faster access.

Please ensure your email address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final after the code or license has been delivered.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect gift card type, region, value, or license selection.
• Codes or licenses that have been viewed, used, or redeemed.
• Incorrect customer contact details provided during checkout.

Issues with Codes

If you receive an invalid or non-working code/license, please contact our support team with your order details. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product and keeping received codes/licenses secure. JASCART is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use after successful delivery.
