1. How can I create a JASCART Qatar account?
Click on our Sign Up page. Fill in the required fields — we’ll need your email address, mobile number, and a desired password (minimum 8 characters).
Click ‘Sign Up’.
That’s it! You’re now part of the JASCART Qatar family!
2. How can I track my order?
You will receive email updates about your order.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order by logging into your JASCART account:
My Account > Orders
Every product ordered will be listed. Click on each item to see its current status.
3. How can I get free shipping?
- Inside Doha: Delivery is completely free within 20 km from our Jascart Store.
- Outside Doha: Delivery is free if the location is within 20 km from our warehouse.
- For locations beyond 20 km, a QAR 15 delivery charge applies.
4. How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled, but you may request a return once delivered (subject to our Returns Policy).
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
6. How do I return a product?
Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or different from the description.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Some items may be non-returnable (check product page for details).

7. How long will it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed after inspection and verification of the returned product.
Typically, refunds are completed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Delivery charges or card processing fees may be deducted unless the product is defective or damaged.
8. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary depending on the product and brand.
- JASCART Qatar is not responsible for warranty service — please contact the authorized service center for warranty claims.
9. Can I pick up my order from the store?
Yes! Selected products are eligible for shop pickup.
- Pickup is free for eligible items.
- Orders will be held for 1 business day after confirmation.
- Some products may not be available for pickup; eligibility is displayed during checkout.
10. What should I do if my package is damaged?
Inspect the product before accepting delivery.
- If the package is damaged or tampered, refuse delivery.
- Refund or replacement will be processed for refused or non-delivered items.
- Accepting a damaged product without notification is at your own risk.
