Pickup from our store is available for eligible products.

- Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery within Doha.
- Free delivery for locations within 20 km from our warehouse.
- Additional QAR 15 delivery fee for locations beyond 20 km.
Shop Pickup
- Free for eligible products.
- Orders will be held for 1 business day after confirmation.
- Some products may not be eligible for shop pickup; availability is displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Failed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our team will attempt one additional delivery.
