OVERVIEW:
HID Epoxy Tag RFID transponders are constructed for optimal performance under harsh conditions. They are resistant to fuels, mineral oils, petroleum and salt mist. They repel moisture – even in high temperature, high pressure washes.
Unrelenting performance despite temperature fluctuations allows Epoxy Tag transponders to adapt to demanding applications. These tags can tolerate repeated autoclaving in medical applications, and plastic injection molding processes for permanent embedding into industrial components, equipment or containers.
Each micro thin Epoxy Tag device has a smooth surface, which may be imprinted with customized visual codes or artwork.
The Epoxy Tag Keyfob features a unique chip that optimizes NFC program security, utility, and ease-of-implementation when deployed with HID TRUSTED TAG SERVICES a cloud-based authentication platform that adds a non-replicable identity to each interaction.

Delivery Areas
We deliver across Doha and selected locations in Qatar.
Pickup from our store is available for eligible products.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days within Doha.
- Locations outside Doha: Delivery may vary depending on distance and logistics.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery within Doha.
- Free delivery for locations within 20 km from our warehouse.
- Additional QAR 15 delivery fee for locations beyond 20 km.
Shop Pickup
- Free for eligible products.
- Orders will be held for 1 business day after confirmation.
- Some products may not be eligible for shop pickup; availability is displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Failed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our team will attempt one additional delivery.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts may lead to order cancellation.
- Delivery charges may be deducted in case of failed delivery caused by customer unavailability.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
- Item received is damaged, defective, or different from the description.
- Products returned in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Pre-booked products must have refund requests raised 24 hours prior to delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Consumables, digital products, or items that have been used or tampered with.
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong model, color, or specification selected).
Return Process

- All returns are verified to ensure compliance with our policy.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection and verification of the returned product.

- Delivery charges and card processing fees, if any, may be deducted unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Refunds will typically be completed within 7–10 business days after verification.
Replacements
- Replacement products are subject to availability.
- If the replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
- For combo or set products, individual items cannot be returned or replaced separately.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- Before accepting delivery, inspect the product and packaging.
- If damaged or tampered, refuse delivery.
- Refund or replacement will be processed for refused or non-delivered items.
- Acceptance of a damaged product without notification is at the customer’s own risk.
