Digital Delivery

All digital gift cards purchased from JASCART are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

After successful payment confirmation, the digital gift card code or license key will be delivered to the customer electronically. Delivery is usually completed within a few minutes; however, in some cases, it may take longer due to payment verification or system processing.

The digital code/license will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Upon customer request, JASCART may also deliver the digital code/license through WhatsApp for faster and convenient access.

Please ensure that your email address and WhatsApp contact details are correct before completing your order. Customers are also advised to check their spam, junk, or promotions folders if the email is not received in their inbox.

Order Processing

Digital gift card orders are processed after payment approval. Orders may be temporarily delayed if additional verification is required to protect customers from unauthorized transactions.

JASCART reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital gift card sales are final once the gift card code or license key has been delivered.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital gift cards after delivery, including cases where:

• The gift card code or license key has been viewed, used, or redeemed.
• The customer purchased the wrong gift card, product, region, or platform.
• The customer entered incorrect contact details during checkout.

Damaged, Invalid, or Non-Working Codes

If you receive a digital gift card code or license key that is invalid, damaged, or not working, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details. We will investigate the issue and assist with a suitable resolution.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct gift card type, region, value, or license before purchase.
• Providing an accurate email address and contact details for delivery.
• Keeping the digital code/license secure after receiving it.

JASCART is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of digital codes or license keys after successful delivery.
